Netconnect Distribution was established in 2001 when Technology Junction (Cape) Pty Ltd, a Jasco company since 1998, underwent a management buy-out. 

The company is an owner managed value added distributor of layer-one connectivity products and solutions into the telecommunications, data centre and enterprise markets.  As a layer-one solution specialist we advise, design solutions, support and ultimately supply material, to integrators and installers, to successfully deploy fiber optic and copper turnkey solutions. These turnkey solutions include provision for a wide range of cable management and routing products as well as the necessary tooling required for installation and testing purposes in these areas.

We have a Fibre optic manufacturing laboratory on site that manufactures high quality fibre optic cable assemblies to international standards. We are able to manufacture high-end custom fit fibre optic leads, pigtails and cable assemblies with improved lead times over imported units of similar quality. These are used extensively in the SAN disaster recovery environment, Fttx network deployments, data center and enterprise networks.

Generally regarded by the industry as specialists in our fields of expertise, we are frequently requested to assist with fibre optic, data center, Fttx and enterprise network designs. We also provide full project planning and management services in the layer-one arena.
